Since 2011 J Garcia LLC has been buiding, developing, and contracting construction projects all over Texas.
J Garcia LLC is committed to working closely with general contractors, owners, engineers, architects, and developers for the duration of the project and beyond. Through rigorous safety standards and adherence to project schedules our foremen, work crews, estimators, and managers deliver a quality outcome every time.
Weather it is new software used for estimating, scheduling, and managing or time-tested methods using scaffolding, brick, rock, and cement, we provide the best available resources and methods to get the job done safely, reliably, and on time

Jose Garcia
Matthew Whiddon, PMP
Matthew has 30 years in the construction industry. He has a degree in Project Management from CSU and a masters in construction science from OU. He is certfied by the Project Management Institute and he is Lean Six Sigma green belt certified.
Wayne Lester
Wayne Lester is a consumate professional. Heading large multifamily projects for SWBC, he has overseen many projects.
